What is the BirdTribesNetwork's
Message?
The
BirdTribes are Messengers (Angelos). Therefore it is only natural
that the BirdTribesNetwork site should be a forum for communicating certain
messages. These messages are conveyed partly in words, but also through
the imagery and tools available here on this site.
The core of the message we wish to convey can be expressed in these interwoven
ideas...
1. We are messengers of Peace. War must end!
Its time is over. The Great Law of Peace must be restored. There is an
urgent necessity that individuals and groups participate in conscious
evolution, and seek to embody the truth that transcends such outrageous
conflict, the truth of the fundamental unity of all people, beyond all
apparent differences. This is the only thing that will allow humanity
to end the thousands of years of war that have traumatised the planet
and still threaten to destroy it. Humans now have the ability to destroy
the Earth, and it is absolutely essential that you gain the maturity to
live with such power. This cannot be achieved through argument and persuasion.
It must be attained by evolution of the human heart. People are divided
in their allegiances to Nationalities, Languages, Religions, Sports teams,
& Economic & Philosophical systems. This divisiveness is encouraged
by the ruling elites. People
on mass must awaken to the realisation that they have been divided and
conquered.
2. We are messengers
of Transformation. The great experiment of the 'Warrior Tribes' has
reached its inevitable climax. It is now time for the egoic separated
fear based consciousness to be re-united with the angelic unified awareness
of the BirdTribes. Anyone who has educated themselves about what is going
on around the globe must realise that we are in the midst of a social, environmental, & spiritual crisis
of unprecedented proportions. There can be no planetary
awakening until war is no longer an option.
3. We are messengers
of Beauty. Only
through a renaissance of artistic vision (such as has happened many times
throughout the centuries - most recently in the late 1960s and early 70s
fueled by the popularisation of psychedelics and the new musical technologies)
- can the mass consciousness be diverted from its headlong charge into

4. We are messengers
of Sanity. There
is no sane purpose for art and creativity of any kind at this point except
to support a personal and planetary awakening from the nightmare called
history before it culminates in environmental, biological, chemical, and
nuclear destruction. It is up to the artists to bring through into the
popular awareness the bright and clear visions of a viable future for
the Earth. The huge televised concerts that focus world attention on the problems
of disease and starvation are a major step in the right direction - but
this can be taken far beyond fund raising and consciousness raising -
to become a participatory movement for world transformation.
5. We
are messengers of Hope. What is required is
a new artform that is 'bigger than rock and roll', and draws its juice
from something more nourishing than intoxication with synthetic psychoactive
chemicals. We propose that this artform should be a multi-cultural audio-visual
interactive phenomenon incorporating aspects of sacred
geometry and archetypal symbology. It should be web friendly, and
- (this is a key factor) it should not be distributed by the normal channels
such as TV and printed media, but involve the internet and a network distribution
system whereby active promotion of the new artform can be financially
rewarded !
It is intended that the BirdTribes contribution to this new artform be
available on CDrom, DVD, and broadband internet. It will include music,
video, animated screensavers and desktop graphics, that will transform
a users experience of their computer from that of an office block for
mindless work into that of a temple for soulful worship. To participate

6. We are messengers
of Charity. There
should be a charitable aspect of the endeavor so as to support those in
need, promote unselfishness, and support for the lightworkers in the ongoing
work of planetary transformation. As the Dalai Lama said "Compassion
is not religious business, it is human business, it is not luxury, it
is essential for our own peace and mental stability, it is essential for
human survival. " And as Pope John Paul II said "Our
future on this planet, exposed as it is to nuclear annihilation,depends
one one single factor: humanity must make a moral about-face." More

old ways are dying and a new age is being born.
The whole consciousness
of the planet is being transformed. Simply by your presence
during this time of transition

the form that the new cycle takes

are prophecies from varied sources about the 22nd of December Solstice in 2012.
We believe the 5 years between now and then is a realistic time frame in which to accomplish
a very necessary shift in human consciousness.

or is not 'Real' or 'True'. Rather we would wish
that through

you may awaken to
deeper experience of yourself,
and truer understanding of the
nature of personal identity,

principles of what has been called 'sacred geometry'
will help
to facilitate the process of transformation that is already happening.
Sacred Geometry is a multi-cultural, non sectarian, universal
approach to spirituality.
Training in the perception of basic underlying harmonic structures
of spacetime
can help with discerning the 'big picture' of which
we are all a part.
It can be used to accelerate the awakening
of your evolutionary potential.
Contemplation of the fundamental
forms leads inevitably
to contemplation of the divine mystery
of the origin of these forms
and the origin of the ability to
perceive them.
Most of the problems on this planet are caused by peoples lack
of ability to see the big picture,
to see beyond the illusions of separate identity,

the whole.

the 'revolution' was fueled by psychedelic drugs, new musical

and rebellion by the youth against the old repressive
systems .
They were very interesting times, but we have an even
greater opportunity now :-)
